We get it. Sometimes your cat’s not as impressed as you hoped. If The Cat Nest arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or refund you, no fuss. Because of hygiene (and fur) reasons, we can’t accept returns once your cat’s claimed it. So please check it over before you unwrap and your furry friend takes the first nap. Just reach out within 14 days of delivery to support@mycatsajerk, include your order number and a quick photo if it’s damaged, and we’ll sort it out faster than your cat changes nap spots.
Once your return lands back at our place and we’ve given it a quick once-over, we’ll email you to confirm we’ve received it. We’ll also let you know whether your refund has been approved or not. If everything checks out, your refund will be processed and sent back to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
